The Mazda Museum is open on Saturdays with special events to welcome more visitors and enhance your enjoyment. Please note that this time, we will be hosting family-friendly events in the theater space, so there will be no special lectures. We invite you to enjoy the museum's intimate and relaxed atmosphere. We sincerely look forward to your visit.

 

※Please note that food trucks are not scheduled to be present at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Museum Guided Tour

Experience Mazda's 100-year history through a 60-minute tour.

 

We'll introduce the challenges and technological innovations from our founding to the present day, featuring actual exhibits and expert commentary. Discover our commitment to craftsmanship and Mazda's unique “story of relentless challenge” on this tour.

※Three times in the morning, two times in the afternoon (one of which is in English)

※Please gather at the front desk counter on the first floor of the museum at the start time.

※No advance registration is required.

※If you selected “I do not wish to apply for a guided tour” during the online reservation process, you are still welcome to participate on the day of the event regardless of your prior application status.

Saturday, March 21, 2026: Starting with the Mazda Museum Saturday Special Opening, the Bumper Recycled Ballpoint Pen will go on sale at the Goods Shop on the 1st floor of the Mazda Museum.

 

This ballpoint pen was jointly developed with Mitsubishi Pencil Co., Ltd. and is made from recycled materials collected from Mazda vehicle bumpers and marine plastic waste.

  • The Mazda Museum Saturday Special Opening for April 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, April 4. The event will feature “The Realism Embodied in Miniatures: Behind the Scenes of Mazda Official Model Car Production” (tentative title). Reservations will open on Sunday, March 1 at 9:00 AM.

Morning Session: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Capacity: 350 people)
Afternoon Session: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Capacity: 350 people)

 

Note: The morning/afternoon session is just an estimate to understand your arrival time. You may stay until the event ends regardless of the session you choose.

  • Lobby Opening Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

After registration at the lobby, you will be guided to the museum.

 

Museum Transfer

  • A dedicated bus will transfer you from the Mazda Headquarters lobby to the museum.
