Dividend Policy

Mazda’s policy regarding the stock dividend is to determine the amount of dividend payments, taking into account current fiscal year’s financial results, business environment, and financial condition, etc. And Mazda is striving for realization of a stable shareholder returns and its future steady increase.

As announced on July 31, 2020, it is with regret that Mazda expects not to declare an annual dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, based on a comprehensive view of the company’s current business performance and preparation for capital risk due to the novel coronavirus.
At a meeting held on November 9, 2020, the Board of Directors decided not to declare an interim dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021.
Mazda extends its appreciation to all its shareholders for their understanding.
