MAKING A BOOKING
All visits to the Mazda Museum MUST be booked in advance.

If you have wheelchair users in your group, we would like to confirm certain details beforehand for their safety.(The museum is not entirely barrier-free.)

TOUR OF UP TO 10 VISITORS
Your tour will be a joint tour with other visitors to the museum.
Your guide will meet you in the lobby of Mazda Head Office and escort you by shuttle bus to the Mazda Museum.
*There is no parking space available for a chartered bus.
*Please do not book more than 10 people for “TOUR OF UP TO 10 VISITORS” by dividing them into multiple groups.

(*The museum is open on the first Saturday of every month.)
Visitors are free to enter and leave the museum during visiting hours.
A shuttle bus runs between the head office lobby and the Mazda Museum at 15-minute intervals.

OTHER INFORMATION
About the museum
- During your visit, the plant may not be in operation due to an interval in production or other reason.
- Museum staff will serve as your guides during the tour.
- Please note that any visitor under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to take part in a tour.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the museum. No smoking areas are provided inside or outside the museum.
Please note the following
- The museum is open to the public free of charge.
We do not accept bookings for commercial tours including the soliciting of tours of this facility for a fee. - The Mazda Museum may be forced to temporarily close due to natural disasters or other company reasons.
In cases of closures, we will notify you via your registered e-mail address. Also please check the official website for the latest information, including important notices such as temporary closures. - If you plan to use a wheelchair during your visit, please contact us in advance.
- We do not accept bookings by email or telephone.
- If you intend to change or cancel your booking, please do so at least 2 days before the tour.
- If you need to cancel your visit on the day of the tour for some unavoidable reason, please be sure to contact us.

- When visitors make bookings for tours, the information they provide via this website or by telephone will be used for the following purposes only
- To confirm bookings for the Mazda Museum via postal mail, telephone, fax or email
