(1) Domestic Production
1. Domestic production decreased from a year earlier for the first time in five months since May 2005.
2. Models that showed an increase over the same month last year: Mazda5, up 174.1%, MX-5, up 90.7%, Titan Dash, up 95.8%

(2) Domestic Sales
1. Domestic sales increased from the prior year for the eighth consecutive month since March 2005.
2. Models that showed an increase over the same month last year: Mazda5, up 476.1%, MX-5, up 441.0%, Bongo Brawny Van, up 91.2%, Titan Dash, up 55.8%, Bongo Truck, up 47.7%, Bongo Van, up 46.5%, Titan, up 37.2%,
Scrum, up 32.2%, AZ-Wagon, up 22.0%
3. Market share increased over the same month last year.
-Registered vehicles share: 6.0%, up 0.2 points
(increased for the fourth consecutive month since July 2005)
-Total share: 5.0%, up 0.1 points
(increased for the first time in two months since August 2005)

(3) Exports
1. Exports increased from the prior year for the third consecutive month since August 2005.
2. Models that showed an increase over the same month last year: Mazda5, up 207.3%, MX-5, up 127.8%, Mazda3, up 6.6%
3. Destinations that showed an increase over the same month last year: the Middle East, up 47.9%, Central and South America, up 39.8%, Oceania, up 21.2%, Europe, up 4.7%, North America, up 0.3%
