(1) Domestic Production
1. Domestic production increased from the prior year for the fourth consecutive month since June 2005.
2. Models that showed an increase over the same month last year: Mazda5, up 340.6%, MX-5, up 301.1%, Bongo Van, up 61.0%, Titan Dash, up 53.2%, Mazda3, up 17.1%
3. Holiday operations: Three days (September 3, 10, 24) at Ujina Plant No.1 and No.2, three days (September 3, 10, 17) at Hofu Plant No.1 and No.2

(2) Domestic Sales
1. Domestic sales increased from the prior year for the seventh consecutive month since March 2005.
2. Models that showed an increase over the same month last year: Roadster, up 642.0%, Premacy, up 497.5%, Bongo Brawny Van, up 157.9%, Bongo Van, up 65.5%, Titan Dash, up 62.7%, Bongo Truck, up 46.3%, Mazda6, up 16.2%,
AZ-Wagon, up 12.8%
3. Market share increased over the same month last year.
- Registered vehicles share: 6.5%, up 0.2 points
(increased for the third consecutive month since July 2005)

(3) Exports
1. Exports increased from the prior year for the second consecutive month since August 2005.
2. Models that showed an increase over the same month last year: MX-5, up 292.2%, Mazda5, up 268.0%, Mazda3, up 31.8%
3. Destinations that showed an increase over the same month last year:
North America, up 85.6%, Oceania, up 59.5%, Central and South America, up 46.0%, the Middle East, up 33.8%, Asia, up 17.3%, Africa, up 2.1%
