Mazda Motor Corporation has announced the following organizational and personnel changes, effective November 1, 2011.
1. Organizational change
Change in the area of secretarial services
- Goals
- To speed up the decision-making process by expanding the scope of the General Affairs Dept.
- To enhance corporate governance and business efficiency by integrating secretarial services for executive officers.
- Details of the organizational change
- All functions of the Office of Secretariat have been transferred to and integrated in the General Affairs Dept. In line with this change, the Office of Secretariat has been eliminated.
