- I am unsatisfied with the standard of aftersales service I have received at a Mazda dealership. I would like Mazda to enhance its customer service.
We apologize for any inconvenience. The quickest way to resolve any issue is for you to directly contact the distributor of Mazda brand vehicles for your region. The full list of Mazda distributors and contact information is available on the Mazda Global Web site: http://www.mazda.com/d-list/.

- I would like to transport a Mazda vehicle from one country to another country. What kind of procedures should I follow? Does the vehicle require modifications?
Every Mazda vehicle is developed and built to best suit the country or region where it will be driven, so we do not encourage you to transport vehicles to another country. Also, importing or exporting a vehicle will nullify the manufacturer's warranty. However, if you do decide to transport a vehicle across a national border, please refer to the relevant governmental authority of the country where you intend to use your car for the necessary procedures and details of required vehicle modifications.
-
- I would like to purchase parts or accessories.
Mazda does not conduct parts and accessories sales to individual customers. Please contact a Mazda dealership in your area or the shop where you purchased your vehicle.
