As part of our EMS, we are implementing Company-wide environmental education for new employees, including those entering the Company mid-career, and also to those in management. We are providing ongoing environmental education to employees in every operational department, and are striving to be thoroughly aware of the environment and cultivate an understanding of the EMS. Moreover, we encourage and support our employees in attaining environment-related public qualifications.
