Visual IT Presentations using video and computer graphics to describe product features

Visual IT Presentation (VIP) screen shot
Mazda's new Visual IT Presentation (VIP) computer software, which is used at dealerships, is proving popular with customers.
The VIP tool uses video, animated computer graphics and 3-D CAD data, similar to that which Mazda uses in actual product development, to clarify safety performance and other characteristics that have previously been difficult part to explain to customers.
Launched in October 2005, 48 distributors and 808 dealers across Japan had adopted the VIP system by the end of March 31, 2008. In 2007, it was updated with data for the new Demio and Atenza.
"Zoom-Zoom" magazine

In autumn 2007, Mazda began publishing "Zoom-Zoom," a global customer magazine, in five languages covering eight countries. It is distributed to dealers for customers to read while they are waiting for service.
The "Zoom-Zoom" magazine features Mazda's products, corporate news and information about the people working at Mazda. There is also a page for readers to contribute to, by sending photos that capture their "Zoom-Zoom" moments, which is helping to improve communication with customers and readers. Mazda publishes "Zoom-Zoom" three times a year.
